ALP Leicester has received a certificate of achievement for raising £40 by collecting 100kg of reusable clothing and textiles!

”When you utilise our clothing recycling depots to recycle your garments, if we are unable to find a domestic purpose for the items, we responsibly ship them to developing nations. There, we redistribute the garments among underprivileged communities, ensuring they find new life and serve those in need.
Products that cannot be passed on to another person can be recycled and remade into new products, such as cushioning for chairs and vehicle seats, cleaning cloths, and industrial blankets.
Countless families around the world heavily rely on external charitable support, highlighting the critical need for us to provide aid. Our mission is to extend assistance to these vulnerable communities, addressing their pressing needs and making a meaningful impact in their lives.”
