Abbie Ball
Having first encountered ALP through my SEN placement while studying for my Primary Education Degree, I knew that I wanted to spend my career supporting learners to achieve their potential with this company. After graduating in 2017, I was employed by ALP as a primary teacher and have since developed and delivered programmes of study across several subjects and key stages. This has provided me with a great overview of the operations of the school.
Fast forward to today and I am now the curriculum lead in school, I have oversight of all of the teaching and learning that takes place in school and work with other teaching staff to ensure that our teaching and learning is of the highest standard.
